Dr. Scott Hahn: Once for All: Eucharistic Mystagogy and the Trinity
Guest:
As those who are professional catechists know it’s easy to become swept up in Church work, to focus on doctrine, and to forget the person of Christ. But we need to remember that we are saved by Christ, not Christology. How do we continue to continue to turn our hearts and minds toward the person of Christ in our busy lives?
Dr. Scott Hahn, Professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville, unpacks the role of the Catechism of the Catholic Church in mystogogy, that is learning about the mysteries of God’s salvation through participation in the life and worship of the Church in his talk entitled “Once for All: Eucharistic Mystagogy and the Trinity.” Dr. Hahn’s talk was part of the Speaking the Truth in Love Conference, sponsored by the Catechetical Institute at Franciscan University of Steubenville.
