Dr. Maurizio Ragazzi, former Senior Council for International Law at the World Bank, discusses the various options for involvement in treaties from negotiating to signing to ratification as well as reasons the Holy See might choose to participate in his talk entitled “The Holy See and Treaties.” Dr. Ragazzi’s talk was part of the Catholic Church in World Affairs Conference at Franciscan University of Steubenville.
